OPEN ACCOUNT: Schools, hospitals, churches, government agencies, and
major institutions will usually be considered as having established credit.
Terms of Sale are Net 30 days. We reserve the right to charge 1-1/2%
interest per month (18% annually) on all past due accounts.
CREDIT CARD: Mastercard, Visa and American Express accepted.
C.O.D.: We will ship your order Cash-On-Delivery, if you wish. There will be a
$7.00 FedEx C.O.D. fee added to your order (cash ,company, or organization
check, money order, or cashiers checks will be accepted).
PREPAYMENT: In order to have the correct check or money order amount,
call for freight charges prior to sending orders.
Prices are F.O.B. our warehouse, shipments are made by FedEx Ground or
the most reliable and economical carrier serving your area. Shipping charges
will be prepaid and added to the cost of your order. All shipments are charged
our standard $1.50 handling charge plus FedEx Ground freight charges.
FedEx Next Day and 2-Day Air available upon request.
Arizona customers must add 8.1% sales tax to their orders if applicable.
Tax-exempt orders must be accompanied by a tax number or exemption letter.
All prices are subject to change without notice. ICS is not responsible for
printing/typographical errors which might appear on this website or in our
catalog.
We reserve the right to discontinue any of the items we offer without prior
warning.
Despite our best efforts, items occasionally will be damaged in transit. If the
damage is obvious on the outside of the container, note it on the carriers bill
of lading. If the damage is concealed, file claim with carrier. SAVE
merchandise, container and inside packaging material. For assistance and
replacement information, call ICS. Do not return merchandise which has been
damaged in transit without making claim with the carrier. The carrier will return
the merchandise.
Returns are cheerfully accepted without hassle. If merchandise is defective or
not what you expected or wanted, call ICS for a Return Authorization. We will
issue a refund or replace the merchandise, as you wish.
ICS brand products as well as all other products distributed by ICS are
warranted by ICS to be free from defects in materials or manufacture and, if
defective, will be replaced upon return within ninety days from date of
purchase. The determination of fitness or suitability for a specific use is the
responsibility of the buyer and user. This warranty is given in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties in merchantability or
fitness, and ICS shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damage,
injury, or loss arising out of or accident by the use of or inability to use the
product.
